feature : PARAM_GET_TO_ROWS
Purpose
Get Feature Parameters by Name and Report them as a Row w Column Values. Multiple matches will be as multiple rows that can include variables for "each" match - each.model, each.modelName, each.modelExt, each.lengthUnits, each.massUnits, each.featureName, each.featureType, each.featureId - and then Prameter Names List (Comma separated)
