Delete Note

Overview​

This video demonstrates the Delete Note command in Nitro-CELL, which removes a specified note from the active Creo model. This is useful for cleaning up obsolete annotations or removing notes that are no longer needed. The command permanently removes the note and its text content from the model. The video shows how to enter the Delete Note command, specify the note name, execute the deletion, and verify the note was removed from the model.

Key Steps​

  1. Open the target model in the Creo session
  2. Enter the Delete Note command with the note name to remove
  3. Execute the command to delete the note from the model
  4. Verify the note no longer exists on the model
  5. Save the model to persist the deletion

Tips​

  • Use Exists Note first to confirm the note is present before attempting deletion
  • Deletion is permanent — ensure the note is no longer needed before removing it
  • Combine with wildcard variants for bulk note cleanup across many models
